& Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from
Kingdom ID Card may be returned or refunded.
This website is operated by Guangzhou Dongping Trading Co.,
Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order on this website, you
agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Custom Product Policy
All our products are custom-made based on customer specifications.
Therefore, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once
production has started, except in cases outlined below.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- You must contact us within
7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of
the issue
- We will offer a replacement
or partial/full refund depending on the situation
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Minor color differences
due to screen display
- Customer-provided
incorrect information
- Design approval errors
after confirmation
- Delays caused by shipping
carriers
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, production may begin and cancellation will not be possible.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the
original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10
business days
